"Hi Lee, sorry for the late reply, it was busy week. I chose Jewel's Place because it offered a clean, homey, secure space that was affordable (especially on my student budget). Security and safety were the biggest priorities for me so the code-locked rooms and cameras around outside of the home were important amenities. I also liked that it provided good living space in a quiet neighborhood. I really appreciated your response time and efforts in helping me get into the space on short notice, and your open communication throughout my stay so far!"
"Leaving the property, thank you again for accommodating my stay while I was on contract. I had a wonderful experience here, and your response to issues was so helpful to keep my stay going smoothly!! I will submit a review over the weekend. One last note, I left the mini fridge on in the room. I thought it would be better if the housekeeper or manager turned it off to monitor for any drainage. Thanks again for everything, have a great weekend!!"
